VIOLATION OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT(S) AND DECLARATION OF TRUST. A Contributing Employer’s failure to make timely Payments as required by the Collective Bargaining Agreement(s) or any other sum required by these Procedures shall be a violation of the Contributing Employer’s obligations under the respective Collective Bargaining Agreement(s) and the Funds’ Trust Agreement(s).
