Notification of Union. When the University creates any new position during the term of this Agreement, except those positions included in another Union's certification, or instructional administrators to whom faculty report, the Union shall be notified immediately and, at the request of either party, the parties will meet to discuss whether or not the position is covered by the Union’s certification. In the event of disagreement, the Labour Relations Board will be asked to decide the issue, if referred by either party.
Notification of Union. In the interest of meeting the needs of Burbank Fire Department employees, active and retired, the City of Burbank and the Union, mutually agree on the following:
V. K.1. In the event of an active employee's on-duty or off-duty illness or injury which requires said employee's hospitalization, the officer in charge will attempt to contact the Union President, or authorized representative, to coordinate with the Fire Department Administration to best meet the immediate needs of the involved employee and employee's family. This policy shall also be applicable in the event of an employee's death.

Notification of Union. 1. The District shall consult with the Union not less than ten (10) days prior to notices being mailed with respect to layoffs. At that time, the Union shall be informed of the number and types of position(s) recommended for reduction and the reason for their reduction.
2. The Union shall have the right to make proposals on the effects of layoffs and/or reduction in hours.
Notification of Union. (10)6.1 The Union will be notified prior to the hiring of temporary employees as to the need for their hiring and whether their probable term of employment will be more or less than six (6) month.
Notification of Union. In the interest of meeting the needs of Burbank Fire Department members, active and retired, the City of Burbank and the Burbank Fire Fighters - Chief Officers Unit, Local No. 778, mutually agree on the following:
VI.K.1. In the event of an active member's on-duty or off-duty illness or injury which requires said member's hospitalization, the officer in charge will attempt to contact the President, or his/her designee, to coordinate with the Fire Department Administration to best meet the immediate needs of the involved Firefighter and his/her family. This policy shall also be applicable in the event of a Firefighter's death.
VI.K.2. The President or unit Chairman shall be notified of all “Code 20” incidents within the Xxxxxxx Fire System.
Notification of Union. The Board will provide to the Union written documentation, including reasons, no later than forty-eight (48) hours after such written notification has been given to the employee.
Notification of Union. The Company will send the Union a list each month showing the name, service date, and monthly pension of each Employee retiring that month.
Notification of Union. The Employer shall notify the Union whenever it intends to award work to an eligible non-signatory subcontractor in accordance with Article 3.300. All time limits referenced within Article 3.302 (f) shall be strictly enforced.
(i) The Employer’s notice shall be sent to the Union via email (*), with a copy to CLR, not less than two (2) working days prior to awarding the subcontract, and shall include the following information.
(ii) If the Employer does not notify the Union as required, the Employer waives its right to subcontract the intended work.
Notification of Union. When a promotion within the bargaining unit is to be made, the Employer will notify the President of the Union at least five (5) days prior to making the promotion. All new jobs or promotions within the bargaining unit shall be posted on the bulletin board with notification first to the Union.
