Common use of Violation of Law or Contract Clause in Contracts

Violation of Law or Contract. In the event the Charter School fails to comply with applicable law or any material provision set forth in this Charter, including, but not limited to, facilities requirements outlined in Section 21, or enrollment requirements outlined in Sections 3, 6, and 24, the SCSC may suspend the opening of the Charter School until a time after all requirements have been fulfilled by the Charter School as determined by the SCSC. The determination of the Charter School’s violation of applicable law or any material provision set forth in this Charter shall be in the sole discretion of the SCSC.
