Common use of Violation of Laws or Agreements Clause in Contracts

Violation of Laws or Agreements. The making and performance of this Agreement and the other documents, agreements and actions required hereunder or thereunder will not violate any provisions of any law, federal, state or local rule or regulation, or any judgment, decree, award or order of any court or other governmental entity, agency or arbitrator to which Xxxxx Xxxxx is subject.
