Violation of Agreement If Guest(s) violates any of the conditions of this Agreement, Agent may terminate this Agreement and enter premises. Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Guest(s) shall vacate the Premises immediately and forfeit all rents and security deposits.
Compliance with Agreements and Law Each Restricted Person will perform all material obligations it is required to perform under the terms of each indenture, mortgage, deed of trust, security agreement, lease, franchise, agreement, contract or other instrument or obligation to which it is a party or by which it or any of its properties is bound. Incorporation of Prior Agreements; Modifications This Lease is the only agreement between the parties pertaining to the lease of the Property and no other agreements are effective. Termination of Existing Agreements Any previous employment agreement between Executive on the one hand and Employer or any of Employer’s Affiliates (as hereinafter defined) on the other hand is hereby terminated.
