VIOLATION OF STANDARDS. A. Employers found to be in violation of the Apprenticeship program by the Apprenticeship Committee, may be denied by action of the Apprenticeship Committee, the privilege of using apprentices for a period of time as may be determined by the Apprenticeship Committee.
