Violation of the law. If at any time, RENTER’s use of the Facilities violates a law, ordinance, or rules of the Township of Jonesfield, County of Saginaw, State of Michigan, or of the United States, RENTER shall either cease and desist from continuing such use or surrender the premises upon demand of the Board.
