(1) The Board shall immediately take all ail necessary steps to ensure that Bank management corrects each violation of law, rule or regulation cited in the XXX RXX and in any subsequent Report of Examination. The quarterly monthly progress reports required by Article II of this Agreement shall include the date and manner in which each correction has been effected during that reporting period.

Violations of Law. (1) The Board shall immediately require and Bank management shall promptly take all necessary steps to ensure that Bank management corrects correct each violation of law, rule rule, or regulation cited in the XXX and in most recent Report of Examination or any subsequent Report of ExaminationXXX, or brought to the Bank’s attention in writing by regulators, auditors, loan review, or other compliance efforts. The quarterly progress reports required by Article II of this Agreement shall include the date and manner in which each correction has been effected violation was corrected during that the reporting period, or describe the actions still required to correct the violation and the timeframe for doing so.
