To Seller's knowledge, the Improvements have been constructed and are presently used and operated in material compliance with all Licenses and Permits and Operating Permits, all Legal Requirements and all covenants, easements and restrictions affecting the Property and Seller has received no written notices of any violations of any Legal Requirements pertaining to the Property which have not been corrected in all material respects.
