VIOLATIONS; ORDERS. Except as set forth in the Agreement, and to the best knowledge of Tenant, (a) no notices of any violation or alleged violation of any Environmental Laws relating to the Property or its uses have been received by either Tenant, or, to the best knowledge of Tenant, by any prior owner, operator or occupant of the Property, and (b) there are no writs, injunctions, decrees, orders or judgments outstanding, or any actions, suits, claims, proceedings or investigations pending or threatened, relating to the ownership, use, maintenance or operation of the Property.
