Violent Behaviour Sample Clauses
Violent Behaviour. The Employer will review with the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee written policies to address the management of violent behaviour. Such policies will include but not be limited to:
(i) designing safe procedures for employees;
(ii) providing training appropriate to these policies;
(iii) reporting all incidents of workplace violence.
Violent Behaviour. The University views all forms of violence, intended or otherwise, as unacceptable and aims to address unsafe and unwelcome behaviour that places the health and wellbeing of residents and other individuals at risk.
