Notify Union. An electronic or paper copy of all postings, names of applicants, along with their seniority, plus the name of the successful applicant, shall be forwarded to the union office. All applicants will be advised of the results of the competition.

Notify Union. (a) The Employer undertakes to notify the Union in advance so far as practicable, of any technological changes which the Employer has decided to introduce which will significantly change the status of employees within the bargaining unit.
