Common use of Virtual Completion Clause in Contracts

Virtual Completion. If at any time or times before Virtual Completion of the Work GMDC shall take possession of any part or parts of the same for handing over to the Finishing Contractor or other agency, then not withstanding anything expressed or implied elsewhere in this Contract. 22(1) Such part or parts shall not be deemed to be Virtually Complete.
