The VRE Manager operates on the PARTHENOS Cloud Infrastructure by using components of: • the enabling technologies such as Resource Manager; • supporting technologies such as Provisioning System. The VRE Manager contacts the Resource Registry to get a current view of the infrastructure; uses the provisioning system to deploy/undeploy services and data; asks the Resource Manager to update the infrastructure state consistently.
