Common use of Viruses or Disabling Features Clause in Contracts

Viruses or Disabling Features. You understand, acknowledge and agree that SG is not responsible or liable for: (1) any viruses or other disabling features that affects your access to or use of the "My Private Eye®" software and SG website(s); (2) Any incompatibility between the SG web site(s), servers and other web sites, software, hardware and servers; (3) any delays or failures you may experience in initiating, conducting or completing any transmissions or transactions in connection with the "My Private Eye®" software, SG websites and/or servers in an accurate or timely manner, or (4) any damages or costs of any type associated with your use of the services made available from third parties through links and/or modules on the "My Private Eye®" software and/or the SG website(s).
