Viruses. The Fund agrees to use reasonable efforts to prevent the transmission through the Electronic Services of any software or file which contains any viruses, worms, harmful component or corrupted data and agrees not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Electronic Services.

Viruses. Websites visited or data received through the Internet Service may contain viruses. It is your sole responsibility to take appropriate precautions to protect against damage to or destruction of hardware, software, files and data. We may, but are not obligated to, run third party virus check software on your computer prior to installing software related to the Internet Service. We do not represent or warrant that doing so will detect or correct any or all viruses. We may, but are not required to, suspend or terminate availability of the Internet Service if a virus is found to be present on any user’s system or in any communications sent or received through the Internet Service.
Viruses. You agree not to associate, input or upload to the UPS Systems or UPS Technology any virus, Trojan horse, worm, time bomb or other computer programming routines (i) that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate the UPS Systems or hosted UPS Technology or (ii) that infringe the intellectual property rights of UPSI or another.
Viruses. The Provider and the Recipient shall each use its commercially reasonable efforts consistent with its past practices to prevent the introduction or coding of viruses or similar items into the Systems of the other Party. Without limiting the rights and remedies of any Party hereunder, in the event a virus or similar item is introduced into the Systems of a Party, whether or not such introduction is attributable to the other Party (including such other Party’s failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement), the other Party shall, as soon as practicable, use its commercially reasonable efforts to assist such Party in reducing the effects of the virus or similar item, and if the virus or similar item causes a loss of operational efficiency or loss of data, upon such Party’s request, work as soon as practicable to contain and remedy the problem and to restore lost data resulting from the introduction of such virus or similar item.

Viruses. 26.7 We will do everything reasonable to ensure that our Website will be secure and free from bugs or viruses, but it is the nature of the Services that we cannot guarantee this. Our responsibility for this is limited as set out in clause 11.

Each Party will take commercially reasonable measures to ensure that no Virus or similar items are introduced into the Software system and the operating environments used to provide the Services. If a Virus is found to have been introduced into the Software systems and the operating environments used in connection with the Services, each Party shall use commercially reasonable efforts and diligently work to eliminate the effects of the Virus; provided, however, both Parties shall take immediate action if required due to the nature or severity of the Virus' proliferation. If a Virus is introduced into the Software system or the operating environments used to provide the Services from a desktop computer or other source controlled by Provider, then Provider will be financially responsible for the costs associated with eliminating the effects of the Virus. If a Virus is introduced into the Software system or the operating environment to provide the Services from other than an Provider controlled source, then Provider shall not be financially responsible for the costs associated with eliminating the effects of the Virus. Each Party shall be responsible for the reasonable costs incurred by the other Party resulting from the responsible Party's failure to fulfill its obligations under this Section 3.5.
