Visibility and communication. (1) The Commission and the IPA II beneficiary shall agree on a coherent plan of visibility and communication activities to make available, and actively publicise information about programmes and actions under IPA II assistance in Montenegro. The procedures for implementing such activities shall be specified in the Sectoral or Financing Agreements.
