VISION 2025 SIGNAGE. The Board shall, at all times prior to July 1, 2017, have the right to place a sign or signs upon the Project identifying the Project as a Project funded by Vision 2025 Sales Tax. Such sign or signs and the location thereof shall be subject to the approval of the Contracting Party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
