Vision and Hearing Provision Clause Samples

Vision and Hearing Provision. Employees are entitled to have their vision and/or hearing tested every two (2) years if they have worked at Te Hiringa ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for more than 12 months and who have not resigned from their employment at Te Hiringa Hauora. When the examination by an optometrist or audiologist identifies the need for corrective glasses/lenses or corrective hearing devices, employees are entitled up to a $450 towards the cost of test and or eyewear, contact lenses or hearing devices on production of a receipt.
