Common use of Visitation, Inspection and Copying Clause in Contracts

Visitation, Inspection and Copying. The Qualified Vendor’s or any subcontractor’s facilities, services, members served, books and records pertaining to the Agreement shall be available for visitation, inspection and copying by the Division and any other appropriate agent of the State or Federal Government. At the discretion of the Division, visitation, inspection and copying may be at any time during regular business hours, announced or unannounced. If the Division deems it to be an emergency situation, it may at any time visit and inspect the Qualified Vendor’s or any subcontractor’s facilities, services, and members served, as well as inspect and copy their Agreement-related books and records.
