Common use of Visitation Rights Clause in Contracts

Visitation Rights. At any reasonable time and from time to time, permit and cause each of its Subsidiaries to permit the Agent or any of the Lenders or any agents or representatives thereof, to examine and make copies of and abstracts from the records and books of account of, and visit the properties of, the Borrower and any of its Subsidiaries, and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower and any of its Subsidiaries with any of their officers or directors; provided, however, that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries reserve the right to restrict access to any of its properties in accordance with reasonably adopted procedures relating to safety and security; and provided further that the costs and expenses incurred by such Lender or its agents or representatives in connection with any such examinations, copies, abstracts, visits or discussions shall be, upon the occurrence and during the continuation of a Default, for the account of the Borrower and, in all other circumstances, for the account of such Lender.
