Common use of Visitation Clause in Contracts

Visitation. Section 4.1 Authorized staff representatives of the Union shall be permitted to visit the operation of the Employer during working hours to talk with the xxxxxxx and/or officers of the local Union and/or representatives of the Employer concerning matters covered by this Agreement, provided that such representatives shall have notified the Employer prior to such visit, and provided that such visit does not unreasonably interfere with or disrupt normal operations of the Department.

Visitation. Section 4.1 Authorized staff representatives of the Union shall be permitted to visit the operation of the Employer during working hours to talk with the xxxxxxx and/or officers of the local Union and/or representatives of the Employer concerning matters covered by this Agreement, provided that such representatives shall have notified the Employer prior to such visit, and provided that such visit does not unreasonably interfere with or disrupt normal operations of the Department.
