Common use of VISITING AND EXITING FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

VISITING AND EXITING FACILITIES. Upon exiting any Facility at the Leased Premises, PathNet, on behalf of itself and its employees, agents and Subcontractors, shall ensure that such Facility is returned to the condition which existed immediately prior to such visit except for such maintenance and improvements performed during such visit.
