VISITORS OF THE TENANT. 18.1 The Tenant must use his best endeavours to ensure that visitors to the Premises at all times comply with the provisions of this Lease Agreement and the Rules, including, but not limited to: 18.1.1 bringing to the attention of such visitors the relevant provisions of this Lease Agreement and / or the Rules; 18.1.2 requesting any person who is in breach of the provisions of this Lease Agreement and / or the Rules to immediately remedy such breach; and 18.1.3 refusing to allow persons who have previously breached this Lease Agreement and / or the Rules access to the Premises if they are likely to commit another breach.
