If you wish to speak at a board meeting on an item which is on the agenda, please fill out the attached card, indicate the item number, and hand the card to the secretary prior to the meeting. At such time as the time indicated is under consideration, you will be called upon by the president of the Board. You will be granted a maximum of five minutes in which to make your comments.
