Progress Reports 8. Within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter following the date of this Agreement, the board of directors shall submit to the Reserve Bank written progress reports detailing the form and manner of all actions taken to secure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and the results thereof, and a parent company only balance sheet, income statement, and, as applicable, report of changes in stockholders’ equity. ERISA Reports Upon request by Lender, copies of any annual report to be filed pursuant to the requirements of ERISA in connection with each plan subject thereto; and
Reports The Depositary shall make available for inspection by Owners at its Office any reports and communications, including any proxy solicitation material, received from the Company which are both (a) received by the Depositary as the holder of the Deposited Securities and (b) made generally available to the holders of those Deposited Securities by the Company. The Company shall furnish reports and communications, including any proxy soliciting material to which this Section applies, to the Depositary in English, to the extent those materials are required to be translated into English pursuant to any regulations of the Commission.
Search Reports The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of UCC and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party, together with copies of such financing statements.
Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.
Financial Statements, Reports Provide Bank with the following by submitting to the Financial Statement Repository or otherwise submitting to Bank:
Records Reports To maintain records and to prepare and file reports required by law to be filed by the Trustee or required by agreement with the Company or by this Trust Agreement;
Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BAAM in Research Reports.
Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:
Inspection; Reports (a) The Shipowner will at all reasonable times afford the Mortgagee or its authorized representatives full and complete access to the Vessel for the purpose of inspecting the Vessel and her cargo and papers, including without limitation all records pertaining to the Vessel’s maintenance and repair, and, at the request of the Mortgagee, the Shipowner will deliver for inspection copies of any and all contracts and documents relating to the Vessel, whether on board or not.
