Vodafone Obligations. Vodafone shall: (a) comply with any reasonable Customer access and security procedures for Customer Sites which are made known to it; and (b) carry out installation and maintenance work during Working Hours (where such work does not involve any suspension of the Services), or carry out such works outside of Working Hours where: a suspension of the Services is required; Customer requests the works to be conducted outside the Working Hours; or where Vodafone is unable to carry out such works during Working Hours for reasons outside of Vodafone’s control. (c) Should any additional Charges be applicable for any installation and maintenance works, Vodafone shall notify Customer of such Charges.
