Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment.
Unbundled Voice Loop SL2 (UVL-SL2) loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a Design Layout Record provided to Talk America. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on SL2 loops. The OC feature will allow Talk America to coordinate the installation of the loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.
MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS 20 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 21 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 22 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 23 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits.

Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

The EI document provides Loop Make-Up information which is similar to the information normally provided in a Design Layout Record (DLR). Upon issuance of a non-coordinated order in the service order system, XX0 Xxxxx will be activated on the due date in the same manner and time frames that BellSouth normally activates POTS-type Loops for its End Users.

Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)
