Common use of Void Global Note Clause in Contracts

Void Global Note. If any Global Note becomes void (in whole or in part) in accordance with its terms after the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Fiscal Agent shall promptly notify the Agents and, after such notice has been given, no payment shall be made by them in respect of that Note to the extent that it has become void.
