Void Transfer. In no event shall any Interest, or any portion, thereof, be Transferred to a minor or an incompetent or in violation of any state or Federal law or in violation of this Article 8. Any such attempted Transfer shall be void and ineffectual and shall not bind the Venture or any Member.
