Void upon Termination. (a) If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 6.1, then: (i) this Agreement shall become void and of no force and effect; and (ii) no Party will have any liability or further obligation to the other Party hereunder, except that the provisions of this Section 6.2, Section 5.2, Section 5.4 and Article 8 (other than Section 8.6 and Section 8.11) shall survive any termination hereof pursuant to Section 6.1.
