Common use of Voluntary and Knowledgeable Act Clause in Contracts

Voluntary and Knowledgeable Act. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, that you have reviewed it with an attorney, and that you have executed this Agreement of your own free will and with full knowledge of its meaning and consequences. You acknowledge and agree that you have been given 21 days from today within which to consider and sign this Agreement. You further understand that you have seven days following your signing of this Agreement to revoke this Agreement and that this Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the expiration of such seven day period.
