Voluntary basis. Overtime shall be on a voluntary basis. In the event of an emergency where there are no volunteers, overtime may be assigned in reverse order of seniority, beginning with the least senior qualified employee within the department/location. It is understood and agreed that no employee shall be forced to accept an overtime assignment on consecutive days or shifts.
