Common use of Voluntary Collateralization Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Collateralization. ACE may at any time provide Collateral to secure any LOC (in which case the pricing applicable to such LOC shall be adjusted as set forth on Schedule I). If at any time the Collateral Value of all Collateral so provided is less than the aggregate Stated Amount of all Secured LOCs, then ACE shall designate from time to time the LOCs that are deemed to be Secured LOCs or provide additional Collateral in an amount sufficient to cause the Collateral Value to equal or exceed such aggregate Stated Amount.
