Voluntary Early Retirement for Employees Identified in the Placement Process. Employees who are displaced, bumped or qualify as volunteers for displacement will be eligible for special early retirement benefits if they have attained age 55 or over at any time prior to placement. Qualified employees will receive the following benefits: (a) One weeks’ pay for each year of Company Service, prorated to the nearest full month, and will be payable in the form of a lump sum at the date of retirement. (b) 100% of their pension benefit accrued to the date of their retirement in the form of a single life annuity.
