Voluntary Job-Related Courses. The City will reimburse 100% of the tuition only for any employee who voluntary takes a course which is directly related to their job, and who attains a “C” grade or better in the approved course. Department Directors will be the signing authority on determining if a course is job related, along with review by the Chief Human Resources Officer for reimbursement purposes.
