Voluntary Resignation, Disability or Termination for Cause. If Employee's employment terminates by reason of Employee's voluntary resignation (which resignation is not an Involuntary Termination (as defined below)), or Employee's disability, or if Employee is terminated for cause, then Employee shall continue to be bound by the terms of this Agreement for the remainder of the Term, including, without limitation, Sections 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 hereof.
