VOLUNTARY TERMINATION BY DEALER. DEALER may voluntarily terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice to DISTRIBUTOR. Termination shall be effective thirty (30) days after receipt of the notice by DISTRIBUTOR, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
