Common use of Voluntary Termination or a Termination for Cause Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination or a Termination for Cause. Upon the termination of the Founder’s employment hereunder pursuant to a Voluntary Termination or a Termination for Cause, neither the Founder nor his beneficiary or estate will have any further rights or claims against the Company, its affiliates, or its subsidiaries under this Agreement except to receive: (i) the unpaid portion of the Base Salary provided for in Section 3.1, computed on a pro rata basis up to (and including) the effective date of such termination; and (ii) reimbursement for any expenses for which the Founder shall not have theretofore been reimbursed as provided in Section 3.5.
