Voluntary Termination Without Good Reason. You may voluntarily terminate your employment without Good Reason (as defined below). In such an event, you shall continue to receive your full base salary and Employment Benefits during the Notice Period provided you satisfactorily perform your duties during the Notice Period, unless you are relieved of those duties by Avid. Upon your Date of Termination, you shall be entitled only to those benefits provided under Section 5.
