Common use of Voluntary Termination Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination. Any termination of the employment of the Employee hereunder, otherwise than as a result of death or Disability, a Termination For Cause, a Termination Without Cause or a termination for Good Reason (as defined below) following a Change in Control (as defined below), will be deemed to be a "Voluntary Termination."
