Volunteering by Parent. To ensure the continued success of TYCC, each family is required to volunteer a maximum of three (3) hours during the Season. Credit towards volunteer hours will NOT be given in the event of a cancellation. If a volunteer event has been canceled, it is the obligation of Parent to contact TYCC to schedule an alternate time to volunteer. If Parent (or any other immediate family member of Athlete, such as stepparent, sibling or grandparent) volunteers as a coach, assistant coach or team parent, Parent (or in the case of another immediate family member, Parent shall ensure that the other immediate family member) shall serve in said position for the entire Season and not just the minimum volunteer hours set forth in this Agreement.
