Provider agrees to provide its volunteers, employees, agents, and subcontractors only such Confidential Information that is necessary for the delivery of Products and the performance of Services pursuant to this Agreement and to cause its employees, agents, and subcontractors to undertake the same obligations as agreed to herein by Provider.
