Transitions. Property on the north side of N. 160th Street (across the right-of-way from Building B1) is zoned R-6. The architectural design and site design elements along N. 160th Street, including landscaping, open space, retention of significant trees, parking/traffic management, and multimodal transportation improvements will create necessary transitions and minimize conflicts with the R-6 properties to the North. SMC 20.30.355.C.5 is satisfied.

Head Start and School District will collaborate to ensure that (1) relevant records are transferred to the child’s next placement, (2) communication between Head Start staff and their counterparts in school fosters the continuity of learning and development, and (3) Head Start and kindergarten teachers participate in joint training and professional development activities.

If I leave one apartment but want to keep Friend$ Money Manager services while I find or move to another apartment, the first month I will be charged the standard fee I had been paying (25. or 30.), months 2-6 the maintenance fee is 11.00. If at six months Friend$ Money Manager is still not making any payments on my behalf they will then attempt to notify me and close the account sending me the remainder of any funds still in my account. To receive Friend$ Money manager services again I will need to fully re-apply for Friend$ Money Manager services.
