VOTE TO RESCIND AGENCY SHOP PROVISION. a. A request for such a vote is supported by a petition submitted to the City's Employee Relations Officer (City Manager) containing the signatures of at least 30% of the EMPLOYEES in the unit covered by Section 5.00. An EMPLOYEE signature will be counted only if the EMPLOYEE is in paid status at the time the petition is submitted and the signature is dated within the ninety (90) day period prior to the submission of the petition.
