Common use of Voting by Token Holders Clause in Contracts

Voting by Token Holders. During the Voting Period, any Token Holder may call the functions 'voteYes' and 'voteNo' to vote on the Drag-Along Offer. Token Holders can change their vote during the Voting Period. In case of a token transfer during the Voting Period, the vote counts are automatically updated to reflect the vote of the recipient address, if any.
