Common use of Voting List Clause in Contracts

Voting List. The Managers shall make, at least ten (10) days before each meeting of Members, a complete list of the Members entitled to vote at such meeting or any adjournment thereof, arranged in alphabetical order, with the address of and the Percentage Interests held by each. For a period of ten (10) days prior to such meeting, such list shall be kept on file at the registered office or principal place of business of the Company and shall be subject to inspection by any Member at any time during usual business hours.
