Common use of Voucher Payment Clause in Contracts

Voucher Payment. If the contracted Workforce Investment Area is eligible to receive voucher payments per MassWorkforce Issuance 10-92, the Primary Operator will submit the payment to the Career Center’s fiscal agent upon receipt of the voucher payment invoice.

Voucher Payment. If the contracted Workforce Investment Development Area is eligible to receive voucher payments per MassWorkforce Issuance 10-92payments, the Primary Operator will submit the payment to the Career Center’s fiscal agent upon receipt of the voucher payment invoice.

Voucher Payment. If the contracted Workforce Investment Development Area is eligible to receive voucher payments per MassWorkforce Issuance 10-92100 DCS 06.103, the Primary Operator will submit the payment to the Career Center’s fiscal agent upon receipt of the voucher payment invoice.
