Convercent will run internal and external network vulnerability scans at least quarterly and after any material change in the network configuration (e.g., new system component installations, changes in network topology, firewall rule modifications, or product upgrades). Vulnerabilities identified and rated as high risk by Convercent will be remediated within ninety (90) days of discovery.
