Common use of Wage Statement Amount Clause in Contracts

Wage Statement Amount. Ten percent (10%) of the Net Settlement Amount shall be designated as the “Wage Statement Amount.” Each participating Settlement Class Member who was employed by Defendant at any time from April 23, 2020 to June 30, 2022 shall receive a portion of the Wage Statement Amount proportionate to the number of workweeks that he or she worked during the aforementioned time period.

Wage Statement Amount. Ten percent (10%) of the Net Settlement Amount shall be designated as the “Wage Statement Amount.” Each participating Settlement Class Member who was employed by Defendant at any time from April 23December 30, 2020 2018 to June 30, 2022 2021 shall receive a portion of the Wage Statement Amount proportionate to the number of workweeks that he or she worked during the aforementioned time period.

Ten percent (10%) of the Net Settlement Amount shall be designated as the “Wage Statement Amount.” Each participating Settlement Class Member who was employed by Defendant Defendants at any time from April 23September 11, 2020 2018 to June 30the date of preliminary approval or August 31, 2022 2020, whichever is earlier, shall receive a portion of the Wage Statement Amount proportionate to the number of workweeks that he or she worked during the aforementioned time period.
